* OVEN temperature 설정

* Column head pressure 설정

* Septum purge flow 설정 (3~5 ml/min)

*Split vent flow 설정

Split Ratio Setting 방법은 다음과 같다.

• Low(1:5 ~ 1:15) : 매우 희석된 시료 또는 wide-bore column에 적용가능하나 초기 peak width가 커진다.
• Very high (1000:1) : 매우 농축된 시료 또는 ultra-narrow column (50~100um id)에 적당하며 초기 peak width 작아진다.
